Yes, aside from end of day deep cleaning and restocking, our facility is staff-less and 100% self-service. Don't worry, though! There will be seamless access and clear equipment instructions. Facility access is limited to paid customers.
We offer self-service pet wash and groom/zoom suites. Our facility is designed for pet owners who want professional quality equipment to wash and groom their pets themselves and independent pet professionals (walkers, sitters, boarders, etc.) who want to add additional services to their clients, all in private suites. Stop breaking your backs struggling to do these things at home. We have 4 wash suites and 2 groom/zoom suites for your convenience.
Each groom/zoom suite is equipped with a self-propelled dog treadmill and safety harness for dogs that need to get their exercise in to stay healthy and/or expend extra energy.
We also offer washers and dryers for you to wash your bulky pet bedding, clothes, and toys.
Our pet vending is stocked with toys, collars, leashes, treats, etc. and even some goodies for the humans!
Each wash suite comes equipped with professional grade tubs, adjustable water temperature, high-quality shampoo and conditioner, high velocity blow dryers, aprons, ear covers for water prevention and noise reduction, pet cologne, and pet scarf/bowtie.
Our groom/zoom suites offer both self-service grooming and canine fitness. Each suite is fully equipped with professional grooming tools, adjustable grooming table, and all necessary equipment for trimming and styling your pet, complementary ear cleaning supplies, dental cleaning supplies, plus self-propelled dog treadmill with safety harness.
Yes, which you can do ahead of time or at the facility doors, but note you will not be able to enter without a booked appointment. Our easy-to-use booking system will show you live availability. Just book and you're good to go! You'll be able to access the facility and your booked suite via pin code that you will receive at time of booking. Your pin code will give you entry access to the facility and respective suites 15 minutes before your appointment.
Even monthly membership clients have to make appointments. Once you purchase a membership, you'll be able to schedule appointments at no cost.
No, we welcome cats and dogs of all sizes and breeds! We believe all deserve access to a professional quality facility.
We understand that some dogs may be anxious in new environments and/or around other people and pets. As long as your pet is properly restrained and under your control, you're welcome to use our facility. Our private suites help to minimize stress and you can always schedule your visit during less busy times if that would be more comfortable for you and your pet.
You don’t need to bring much—just your pet and a leash or carrier for safe entry and exit. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, pet cologne, scarf/bowtie, ear covers, aprons, and all grooming tools. If your pet has special needs, you’re welcome to bring your own products.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring multiple pets, as long as you can safely manage them within your reserved time. Please book extra time if you think you’ll need it for more than one pet.
If there are no appointments scheduled right after yours, you may be able to extend your session for an additional fee. Please check availability on the booking portal. If there is availability for the next time slot, you’re welcome to book! If you go over without prior arrangement, overtime fees may apply.
There is free parking all along Azusa Ave and we also have a dedicated parking lot that you can access via 5th or 6th street. We have 5 reserved stalls for our furiends!
Yes, all pets must be current on their rabies vaccination to use our facility, as required by law. We also strongly recommend that all dogs are up-to-date on DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) and Bordetella (kennel cough), and that cats are current on FVRCP.
By booking an appointment, you attest that your pet is healthy, not exhibiting signs of illness, and meets our vaccination requirements. Please do not bring pets who are sick, contagious, or recovering from illness or surgery.
While we take cleanliness and safety seriously, by using our facility you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with a shared environment.
No, we are a cashless facility. All bookings and purchases must be made online (appointments) or by card/mobile payment (laundry and vending machine). This helps us keep your experience secure and seamless.
